The Mk3 Blacklist Manager is a small addition, added by the official Bonus Pack for Albion Prelude, allowing the player to add Sectors to a Universe Trader's “blacklist” - preventing them from targeting them for trade. Note that they may still travel through these sectors to reach other destinations, so you should use them wisely.
