M1 Carriers
M1 Carriers are dangerous combat support ships carrying entire wings of M5, M4 and M3 fighters.
M1s are usually heavily armed and armored, but have fewer guns than M2 class Destroyers, and usually have much smaller laser generators. As a rule, they can brush off attacks from Corvettes or smaller, but should not be allowed to get into a slugging match with another Capital-class ship.
