This wiki was inspired by the original X3 Wiki which was decommissioned several years ago. I've also added some information I've gathered from other wikis, fan sites and the official Egosoft Forums. X3: Albian Prelude is one of my favorite open-ended space games and I hope to preserve this information for as long as we enjoy the game. A lot of the information presented is also valid for X3 Terran Conflict, but this wiki focuses on Albian Prelude officially.

What about X4?

I am very much aware that X4 is out now, and that many X players are now enjoying this “newer” version. I bought it, I've played it, and I'm still a HUGE FAN of X3! You won't find much about X4 here, and I have no plans to create a resource for that version. If you are just dying for information about X4, try Roguey's X4 site.
