===== Core =====

  * Factional Rules & Regulations are <wrap em>strictly enforced</wrap>
  * The capital sector of a Race is always Core, and most sectors around it will be too. 
  * Major colonies and areas nearby will be marked as Core
  * Race Rank of <wrap em>0 or higher</wrap> is required to dock at "core" stations.

===== Border =====

  * Sectors away from the Capital or major colonies
  * Border sectors tend to be laxer about enforcing faction laws
  * Race Rank of <wrap em>-1 or higher</wrap> is required to dock at "border" stations.
