===== Keyboard Configurations =====

You can customize every key in the game, but there are some setups that seem to work better than others. Here's what I've found while playing the x3 Game Series.

Almost every situation draws me back to the default configuration. As a beginner, if you are mostly interested in trading and defending yourself - this is the best layout for you in my opinion.

After a few rounds, I prefer to play with a gamepad, at least for the flight controls. Its a lot easier in combat with the joypad I find than the keyboard keys. I've taken down a lot of pirate ships and enemies using this combination.
